Ingredients:
- Fish-1 piece Seer fish (250gms)
- Lemon juice – 1tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder-1 tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder – 1tsp
- Salt-to taste
- Oil – enough to fry
Method:
- Clean the fish and marinate with lime juice.
- Make a paste of the ingredients mentioned except oil. Apply over the fish.
- Leave for 30 minutes. Shallow fry in oil.
