Fish Vada

Ingredients:

  • Fish – 1/2 lb
  • All purpose flour( Maida ) – 2 tsp
  • Grated red onion – 4 tsp
  • Grated garlic – 2 tsp
  • Ginger – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder – 2 pinches
  • Pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • Oil to fry

Method:

  • Clean fish and boil with some water.
  • When the fish is half cooked, drain the water.
  • Remove bones & mix well with all the ingredients.
  • Make small balls like cutlets.
  • Fry them.
