Ingredients:
- Onion – 1/2
- Green onion – 2
- Parsley – 3 sprigs
- Coriander leaves – 3 sprigs
- Carrot – 1
- Tomato – 1/2
- Chick peas – 1 cup (cooked)
- Pasta – 1/4 cup ( cooked)
- Lemon juice – 1 tspn
- Salt and Pepper – to taste
Method:
- Chop Onion, Green onion, Parsley, Coriander leaves,
- Carrot and Tomatoes into small pieces.
- Mix all the vegetables in a mixing bowl.
- Add Chickpeas, Pasta, Lemon juice, Salt and Pepper to the bowl and mix it again.
